The "is everything okay?" page. Most days it should tell you nothing is wrong.
Banners, only when there's something to say
Nothing renders when nothing is wrong. There's no all-clear panel, because a permanent green box at the top of a page is clutter that teaches people to stop reading the top of the page. If you see a banner, act on it.
Three things can raise one:
- A tripped watchdog — a segment marked "should be empty" that isn't. It stays until the segment empties.
- Provider errors in the last day — your sending provider rejecting or failing calls. Older errors are history, and live in the sync-health card on the Provider settings page.
- Emails that failed to send — rows that used up all three attempts and were dropped rather than retried forever. Nothing else will surface them, because by definition nothing will try them again.
List growth
The size of your list day by day over the last 90 days — people added, minus people who unsubscribed — with the running total of unsubscribes as a second line.
It's a running total rather than a count of daily joins, because the question is whether the list is growing and a daily bar chart answers a noisier one. The line starts wherever your list already was, not at zero.
The rest of it
- Right now — subscribed, added and lost this week, how many people are inside a flow or partway through a sequence.
- About to send — the next scheduled broadcasts and queued emails, soonest first.
- Just sent — the last few real sends, with who got them.
The dashboard updates itself as the queue drains — you don't need to reload it to watch a broadcast go out.
